Tirth Agro Technology Private Limited, known globally as SHAKTIMAN, an international company in the agricultural and livestock machinery sector, is proud to announce the successful conclusion of the Shaktiman Global Meeting 2024. This important event took place in India from March 1 to 5, 2024.

The meeting brought together 150 international partners and distributors from over 60 different countries. Over five impactful days, participants immersed themselves in the world of Shaktiman, experiencing the brand’s heritage, innovation, and commitment to excellence.
The event began with an informative tour of Shaktiman’s state-of-the-art facilities in Rajkot (Gujarat, India), highlighting the brand’s manufacturing capabilities and strong commitment to quality. During the tour, attendees were introduced to Shaktiman’s 77,000-square-foot product showroom. Partners were able to explore more than 100 of Shaktiman’s high-end products, including specialized harvesters, rotary tillers, rotary brush cutters, seeders, sprayers, and silage balers.
In addition, Shaktiman inaugurated the L.S. Gohil Learning Academy, a state-of-the-art educational facility. Named in honor of the company’s visionary founder, the late Shri Ladhubhai S. Gohil, the academy is dedicated to farmers, drivers, partners, engineers, and mechanics, and serves as a center for the development of knowledge and skills in agricultural mechanization. The announcement of the inauguration by Shaktiman President Mr. Ashwin Gohil marks an important step forward in reinforcing Shaktiman’s commitment to education and skills enhancement, laying the foundation for a brighter and better-informed future.
The journey then moved to the vibrant city of Kochi (Kerala, India), which offers a unique blend of cultural immersion and business networking, including visits to iconic landmarks and cultural performances.
The highlight was the conference held on March 4, which focused on Shaktiman’s expansion goals. Distinguished speakers from the company, including Hashmukh Gohil, CEO of Shaktiman, and Shashank Watane, Senior Vice President of International Business, shared valuable insights and data, shaping the narrative of the brand’s future projects. Mr. Hashmukh Gohil expressed his enthusiasm for the event, stating, “I am immensely proud of our collective achievements in reaching and providing affordable agricultural solutions to over 1.5 million farming families worldwide. Looking ahead to 2030, our ambitious goal is to extend this impact to 4.0 million farming families. On this journey, we are not only making history, but building a lasting legacy.”
The conference featured renowned athlete Deepa Malik, winner of 5 Indian President’s Awards, 4 Limca World Records, 3 international awards, and India’s first female Paralympic medalist. Recognized as Woman of the Year 2019 by the International Paralympic Committee, Deepa Malik is a symbol of inclusion and resilience. Deepa Malik’s powerful speech resonated deeply with partners, distributors, and employees, whom she motivated with her message of never giving up.
Beyond business, the Shaktiman Global Meeting 2024 showcased cultural exchange, highlighting the company’s roots in Indian traditions. The event also emphasized Shaktiman’s commitment to sustainability, with a focus on the company’s goals for water and carbon footprint reduction. In 2023, Shaktiman achieved a 58% water usage reduction, projecting a 62% reduction in 2024, with an ambitious goal of 80% reduction by 2030. Similarly, the company aims for an 80% reduction in carbon emissions by 2030.
